By using our website, membership, content, or services, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE The Association does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. All content—including but not limited to training materials, masterclasses, templates, resources, and community discussions—is provided for general informational purposes only. RETREAT, TRAVEL & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER The Association supports the retreat industry but does not directly provide, operate, supervise, or control individual retreats, programs, venues, or activities hosted or offered by members or third parties. Retreats and related activities may involve a range of inherent risks, and the Association is not responsible for any of the following, all of which are the sole responsibility of the member, host, venue, or participant, as applicable:
- the safety, quality, legality, or outcomes of any retreat, program, or activity;
- travel-related risks, including transportation, transfers, delays, and travel to or from any location, domestic or international;
- outdoor, adventure, physical, or recreational activity risks;
- wellness, coaching, spiritual, therapeutic, transformational, or similar activity risks;
- venue-specific risks, including the condition, safety, or suitability of any facility, property, or location;
- medical, psychological, dietary, allergy, accessibility, and mobility considerations, and any decision to participate in light of an individual’s own health or condition;
- compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, licensing, and permitting requirements;
- the procurement and adequacy of waivers, releases, insurance, permits, and emergency-response and safety planning; and
- any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes arising from participation.
Participants should conduct their own due diligence, obtain appropriate insurance, and consult qualified professionals before registering for or attending any retreat or activity.
6. COMMUNITY & MEMBER INTERACTIONS The Association may provide access to a community of members and professionals. We do not endorse individual members, guarantee the accuracy of shared information, or assume responsibility for interactions, collaborations, or agreements between members. Membership, badges, directory listings, spotlights, and other visibility benefits do not constitute certification, endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the Association. All interactions are at your own discretion.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & RESOURCES Our website and materials may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for content on third-party sites, services provided by others, or the outcomes of any external engagements.
